====Run extract refresh task settings====
**Description:**  Runs the specified extract refresh task.

|Refresh|Select the refresh task to run. The drop-down list shows only data source extracts and published workbooks (that connect to data extracts) with a scheduled extract refresh task.|

====Run flow asynchronously settings====
**Description:** Triggers the specified flow and doesn't wait for the flow to finish.  Note that the action editor allows opening the selected flow on Tableau Server in one click, by pressing the "arrow" button to the right of the flow selection drop-down.

|Flow|Select the flow to run.|
|Flow parameters<sup>*</sup>|Assign values to the parameters of the flow: select a //Parameter in flow// (Tableau), and enter its value in //This project// (EasyMorph). For flow parameters with a list of allowed values and for Boolean parameters, select one of the allowed values (TRUE or FALSE for Boolean parameters). Use //Assign more parameters// to add more parameters. If a flow parameter has a description in Tableau, it is shown below the parameter.|

====Download workbook view as PDF settings====
**Description:** Allows for downloading the selected workbook view as a PDF file.

|Save to file<sup>*</sup>|Enter the fully qualified filename for the generated PDF file.|
|If a file with the entered name already exists| Choose how EasyMorph will handle situations when the PDF's file name already exists.\\ Options:  //Overwrite// (new file overwrites the existing file), //Rename// (old file renamed with date-stamp, and new file saved with entered filename), or //Halt project execution// (the workflow stops running and displays a warning icon).|

|Filter name|Enter a filter name from the Tableau workbook.|
|Filter value<sup>*</sup>|Enter the value to apply within the filter.|
|Value type|Use the dropdown to the right of the filter name to select how the value is sent to Tableau.  Options:  //Text or number// (default; the value is sent as entered), //Date// (the value is recognized as a date or date/time and sent in the format required by Tableau), or //Boolean// (values such as true/false, y/n, or 1/0 are sent as Tableau Boolean values). If a value can't be recognized as a date or a Boolean value, it's sent as entered.|
