====Create issue settings====

|Project key<sup>*</sup>|Enter or select the parent Project of the issues to create an issue within.  |
|Summary<sup>*</sup>|Enter the summary (or "title") for the issue being created.  |
|Issue type<sup>*</sup>|Enter or select the type of issue being created.|
|Description<sup>*</sup>|Enter a description for the new issue.  Use the "Edit..." button to open the //Parameterized text editor// to incorporate parameters,\\ file or folder paths, etc. within the description.   |

====Change issue status settings====

|Issue Key or ID<sup>*</sup>|Enter or pass in (see "Remarks", below) the Key or ID of the issue being changed.  |
|New status<sup>*</sup>|Enter or select the new status to be applied to the issue.  Select whether a //Key// or an //ID// is being referenced using the\\ down arrow at the left of the field.  |

|Delete Subtasks|Check this option to remove all subtasks under the specified issue.  |

You can "pass in" a specific issue to take action on by using the [[transformations:importjira|Import from Jira]] action to generate a list of issues and filtering it, or as a parameter value.
