|Host|Enter the URL of the Qlik Sense host server. Check //on// HTTPS if the host uses an https secure connection.  |
|Port|Enter the Host's Port number.|
|Credentials|Check //on// to use Windows authentication.|
|Account|Enter the user's account name.|
|Password|Enter the user's account password.|

Once these values are populated, click the //Test// button to confirm the connection is functioning.
