ZENDESK CONNECTOR
Description
Specifies the parameters required to connect to a Zendesk account.
Name: Provide a name for the Zendesk connector.
Note: Provide any notes regarding the connector (optional).
Connector settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enter the email address of the Zendesk account to connect to. | |
| API Key | Enter an active Zendesk API token generated for your account by Zendesk. |
| Subdomain | Enter the subdomain of the account you're connecting to. |
Once the values above are populated, click the Test button to confirm the connection is functioning properly. Press OK to save the connector.
