This is a filtering transformation that allows quickly finding specific data in a table. Data can be filtered in one column at a time.

Filtered data displays only the rows that meet the pre-defined criteria and hides rows that you do not want displayed.

EXAMPLE

Source table: The longest rivers in the world

Objective: Find out which are the longest rivers in both Americas

Transformation parameters:

• Column: Continent
• Filtering mode: Keep only selected values
• Values: South America; North America

Output table:

• Filter by condition
