Description
This action inserts and/or updates records into a ServiceNow table.
Action settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Connector* | Select a configured ServiceNow connector, or build one by selecting Add connector. |
| Table1 | Enter, or use the "Pick table" button to browse through and select, the ServiceNow table to export into. |
| Result handling | Choose how EasyMorph will handle instances when rows fail to export. Options: Fail the action if a row fails to export (the workflow stops and an action error is displayed), Return a list of rows that failed to export (the workflow continues and the current dataset is a list of rows that failed to export), or Return only successful rows (the workflow continues, the current dataset contains the rows that were exported successfully, and a warning shows how many rows failed). |
| Export mode | Choose whether existing records can be updated by this action. Options: Add records (every row is inserted as a new record) or Add or update records (rows with a value in the column mapped to sys_id update the corresponding records; rows without one are inserted as new records). |
| Field names in the ServiceNow table | Choose how the field names will align between EasyMorph and ServiceNow. Options: Same as in EasyMorph (use the incoming dataset's column names) or Other (map the incoming dataset's columns to the fields of the selected Table). |
