RETRIEVE CATALOG ASSET
Category: Import / App/Cloud
Description
This action retrieves a static or computed item (dataset, file, or URL) from the Data Catalog.
Action settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Retrieve | Select the asset type to be retrieved. Options: Dataset, File, or URL. See the tables below for more details about retrieving datasets and files. |
| Catalog asset* | Browse to and select the asset to be retrieved. |
| Parameters | Assign parameters of the Catalog asset using the current project's parameters, or columns in the current dataset. |
* Setting can be specified using a parameter or the first value of a column.
Dataset settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Result | Select whether the action will return the dataset as the action's output, or will save the dataset as a file (and supply the file's path and name). Options: Return dataset as action's output or Save as* (the dataset is stored as an EasyMorph .dset file). |

File settings
| Setting | Description |

| Result | Select whether the action will return the file's file path as the action's output, or will save the file to a destination (and supply the file path and name). Options: Return file path as action's output or Save as*. |
