Send email

Send an email to one or multiple recipients. Optionally, attach a file, or insert an HTML table.

Settings	Description
Connector	A connector to an email service such as MS Exchange or GMail. Can be specified using a parameter.
Send to	The email recipient(s). In case of multiple recipients separate their email addresses with commas. Can be specified using a parameter.
Cc	The CC email recipient(s). In case of multiple recipients separate their email addresses with commas. Can be specified using a parameter.
Bcc	The BCC email recipient(s). In case of multiple recipients separate their email addresses with commas. Can be specified using a parameter.
Subject	The message subject. Can be specified using a parameter.
Plain text / HTML	Message body type selector. The HTML mode is not available in the free edition.
Message	The body of email message. Can include parameter names in curly braces.
Attach file	The path to a file to be attached. Can be specified using a parameter. The file size must be less than 20MBytes.

Note that the fields for CC and BCC recipients are hidden when empty by default. The can be enabled in the "Send to" mode selector.

Settings available only in the HTML mode:

Settings	Description
Insert input dataset	Insert the input dataset of the action as a plain HTML table. See See example.
Footer	Insert additional text block at the bottom of the message body. Can include parameter names in curly braces.

When multiple files need to be attached, use the File command action to zip them into one file first. Then specify the path to the zip-archive in the properties of the "Send email" action.
