EMAIL COMMAND

Description
This action performs various operations on email messages.
Action settings
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Connector* | Select or create a connector to the email account to perform operations on. |
Command | Select the operation to perform on the email messages. Options: Mark as read, Mark as unread, Delete, Delete permanently, or Move to folder. |
Message IDs | Select the column from the incoming dataset that contains the Message IDs of the emails to operate on. |
Folder* | Select the folder containing the emails to operate on. Options: Incoming or Other (and enter or browse to the desired folder). |
If a message does not exist or cannot be processed | Select how EasyMorph behaves when a specified email message either doesn't exist or cannot be operated on. Options: Fail (stop the workflow and display an error), Warn (continue the workflow and display a warning), or Add column with operational result (a column called Operation result is appended to the dataset with the result of the operation for each row). |

Move to folder options
Option | Description |
---|---|
Destination folder* | Select the folder to move the specified email messages into. Options: Incoming or Other (and enter or browse to the desired folder). |

Remarks
Use the Fetch email action to retrieve the current emails in the specified folder to operate on. Check the Fetch message ID option in the Options tab to return the email messages' Message IDs.
