This action imports ticket and user data from Zendesk.
Action settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Connector* | Select a configured Zendesk connector. |
| Import action | Choose the type of data to import. Options: List tickets or List users. |
* Setting can be specified using a parameter.
