ZENDESK COMMAND

Description

This action performs Zendesk commands such as create or delete tickets.


Action settings

Setting Description
Connector* Select a configured Zendesk connector.
CommandChoose the Zendesk ticket action to run. Options: Create ticket, Update ticket, or Delete ticket.

* Setting can be specified using a parameter.

Create ticket settings

Setting Description
Subject*Check this option on and enter text to use as the subject of the ticket.
CommentEnter the details of the ticket. You can incorporate parameters using the parameterized text editor by clicking the Edit… button.
Due date*Check this on and enter or select a date to include a due date for the ticket.
Ticket typeCheck this on and select type for the ticket. Options: Question, Problem, Incident, or Task.
Agent Id*Check this on and enter the Agent Id of the person assigned to the ticket.

Update ticket settings

Setting Description
Ticket Id*Enter the Id of the ticket.
CommentCheck this on and enter updated details to include them in the ticket. You can incorporate parameters using the
parameterized text editor by clicking the Edit… button.
Ticket statusCheck this on and select the ticket's current status. Options: New, Open, Pending, Solved or Closed.
Ticket priorityCheck this on and select the ticket's priority level. Options: Urgent, High, Normal, or Low.
Due date*Check this on and enter or select an updated due date for the ticket.
Agent Id*Check this on and enter the Agent Id of the person assigned to the ticket.

Delete ticket settings

Setting Description
Ticket Id*Enter the Id of the ticket.
If the ticket doesn't existChoose how EasyMorph handles cases where the referenced ticket isn't found. Options: Fail (throw an error and stop the workflow), Warn (display a warning and continue running the workflow), or Ignore (continue running the workflow without displaying an error or warning).
